What this website collects

If you use the form on the ranking check page, we receive what you type into it (your name, email address, business name, website, town and anything you add) so we can prepare your check and reply. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms. The site has no accounts or logins. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and it may set strictly necessary security cookies. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how people move between them and which links are clicked. Clarity also records page interactions such as clicks and scrolling, with text on the page masked. We may also use advertising tools, such as the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our own advertising; those tools can share information about your visit with the companies that run them. These tools set cookies. You can block them with your browser's cookie settings or an extension, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

When you email us

If you email us, we keep your message and your contact details so we can reply, prepare your ranking check and keep normal business records.

Business details we use for outreach

We contact businesses about our services. For that, we use business contact details that businesses publish themselves, for example on their own websites, and public search data about how those businesses appear on Google. If you reply "no thanks" or ask us to stop, we will not email you again.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business: email hosting, website hosting, website analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), form delivery (Web3Forms), advertising platforms when we run ads and the software we use to keep track of conversations. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Renter information

This website does not collect information about storage renters. Our work for facilities doesn't need access to rental agreements, payment records or a facility's management software.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and business records for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and for any period the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. You can stop our emails at any time by replying "no thanks."

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children.
